When do you ship orders?
We ship in-stock items 8 am - 5 pm EST Monday thru Friday. Any orders for in-stock items placed over the weekend or certain holidays will ship the following business day.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most of our shipments leave from Grand Rapids, MI. Our primary carrier is UPS. Most locations within the Midwestern and Eastern US receive our shipments in 1-2 business days. Mountain West and West Coast states typically receive in 3-4 business days.
Do you sell only Jayco RV parts?
Our primary focus is on Jayco RV parts - for any type of chassis. However, we do have access to many of the other RV manufacturers and parts. Feel free to reach out and ask us more!
What is your return policy?
